  1. How can I register for ALX2025?
    • Simply select the "Register Now" button at the top right of this screen (www.alx2025.sg) to purchase your tickets.
    • When you register for the event, you will also be able to select a Learning Journey of your choice. Seats are limited!

  2. What is the registration fee?
    • ALX2025 offers exclusive pricing for our Adult Education Network (AEN) members at S$280 (before 9% GST) as compared to the public rate of S$560 (before 9% GST).
    • Non-members can take advantage of the exclusive pricing by signing up for AEN membership at https://www.ial.edu.sg/membership/aen-member/

  3. Are there group discounts available if we have more than one person who wants to register for an event?
    • ALX2025 does not provide for group discounts.

  4. Will I receive a confirmation after registering?
    • Individual delegates registering and making payment on the website will receive a confirmation email. Delegates registering as part of a Corporate arrangement will only receive a confirmation after payment is made by their organisation.
    • Please note that Learning Journey choices are only confirmed after payment is received for the event.

  5. When is the deadline for registration?
    • You may register at any time, up until the day of the event. However, as there is a capacity as well as registration closing dates depending on the various Learning Journeys, we encourage you to register early!

  6. Are meals included?
    • Yes, we offer lunch as well as morning and afternoon refreshments on the first day. Morning refreshment and lunch will be provided on the second day (afternoon refreshments for the second day are available for those remaining at the venue). The F&B served is halal-certified by MUIS. Meals will be buffet-style with vegetarian options available. Please check the programme for times and availability.

  7. Is a discounted rate available if I'm not participating in the full conference, such as the learning journey and Digital Learning showcase?
    • We do not offer discounted rates for partial attendance.

  8. Is a discounted rate available if I am only partipating for one day event?
    • We do not offer discounted rates for partial attendance.

  9. How do I pay for the registration?
    • You can make online payment using Visa and Mastercard. Companies and government agencies may also request for payment through invoice. Please be informed that event tickets and receipts will only be issued after full payment has been made.

  10. How can I get a receipt/ for the event registration(s)?
    • Receipt will be issued after payment is made.

  11. Can I cancel my registration?
    • We regret that we are unable to cancel registration and refund your fees.

  12. What is the cancellation/refund policy for event registration(s)?
    • No refunds are available at this point in time.

  13. If I am unable to attend the event, can someone substitute for me, or could I receive a credit for a future event?
    • If there is a genuine reason, please write in to us at alx@ial.edu.sg at least 7 days before the event so that we can consider the request for substitution. Please note that Learning Journey options may not be transferable due to the restrictions placed by the host organisations. We can provide your substitute with alternative options for the Learning Journey (where available). We are unable to issue credit for a future event.
