Dr. Klara Jelinkova serves as Vice President and University Chief Information Officer at Harvard University. She oversees information technology strategy, policies, and services that support the university's mission in teaching, learning, research, and business operations. Before Harvard, Klara held various IT top leadership roles at Rice University, the University of Chicago, Duke University, and the University of Wisconsin – Madison spearheading the creation of a new or transforming existing IT organization, addressing strategic technology issues from governance and policy to operational matters related to global interests. Under her leadership, Rice received two CIO 100 Innovation Awards (2018, 2019). Klara is actively involved in the technology community, serving on several advisory boards of Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. Sim Cher Whee is the Vice President, People Strategy, Technology & Talent Acquisition at Micron Technology. She has had 25 years of experience in engineering, planning and industrial engineering, financial planning, and people and culture for semiconductor manufacturing. She is the founder of Micron Women Leadership Network, and winner of the Anchor Leadership for MNC 2023 Award from the American Chamber of Commerce Singapore, the HRD Asia Hot List HR Leaders 2023, and the HRD Asia HR Innovative Team Award 2023.

Dr. Simon See is the Solution Architect and Engineering Senior Director, the Global Head for NVIDIA AI Technology Centre, the Executive Director for ASEAN Applied Research Centre, and an adjunct professor at various global universities such as Shanghai Jiaotong University, New Castle University, Coventry University, and University of Indonesia. In addition, he serves as a distinguished fellow at Fudan University and an Adjunct Scientist at A*STAR’s Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC). Previously, Prof See was the Chief Scientific Computing Advisor for BGI (China) and held appointments at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) and King-Mong Kung University of Technology (Thailand). His work covers high-performance computing, AI, machine learning, big data, and more.

Dr. Guskey Thomas R. Guskey, PhD, is Professor Emeritus in the College of Education at the University of Kentucky. A graduate of the University of Chicago’s renowned Measurement, Evaluation, and Statistical Analysis (MESA) program, he began his career in education as a middle school teacher, served as an administrator in the Chicago Public Schools, and was the first Director of the Center for the Improvement of Teaching and Learning, a national educational research center. Dr. Guskey served on the Policy Research Team of the National Commission on Teaching and America’s Future, and on the task force to develop the National Standards for Professional Development. He was named a Fellow in the American Educational Research Association and was awarded the Association’s prestigious Relating Research to Practice Award. He is author/editor of 30 books and over 300 published articles and book chapters on educational assessment, program evaluation, and grading and reporting.

Mr. Dean Tong joined UOB in August 2018 and is the Head of Group Human Resources. He is responsible for leading the people and organisation transformation strategy across the Group. Dean has more than 25 years of consultancy experience, specialising in talent and leadership management across Asia, Europe and North America. Prior to joining UOB, he headed Boston Consulting Group (BCG)’s People and Organisation Practice in Southeast Asia. He was also an executive member of BCG’s global People and Organisation Practice. Dean has vast experience consulting across multiple industries including financial services, industrial goods, consumer goods, and telecommunications. He played an instrumental role in the creation of an award winning low-cost banking model in Malaysia, and a number of multi-finance businesses in Indonesia. Dean holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) (Palmer Scholar) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Zhou Lihan is the Executive Director, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of MiRXES. Lihan led MiRXES’ growth from a 3-man start-up in Singapore to a leader in RNA technology and disease early detection with operations globally. Prior to founding MiRXES, Dr. Zhou led a research team at the Bioprocessing Technology Institute, A*STAR to develop a novel microRNA qPCR assay platform for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery. In 2015, Dr. Zhou was recognized by the MIT Technology Review as a member of the Innovators Under 35. Dr. Zhou has been serving on the Board of Enterprise Singapore since April 2022. He obtained his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, and has authored and co-authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and several patent applications.

Aye Wee is an atypical HR professional, having spent the better part of her career in the business side of corporate life, first in Singapore Airlines and later in OCBC, leading teams in Sales, Service, and Innovation. She is now Head of the OCBC Campus where she has been developing and testing the blueprint for a Learning Organisation and is concerned with the future of work in Industry 4.0. She believes that lasting change comes through the creation of an ecosystem where employees, private enterprises and policymakers come together to forge thought leadership and create a learning nation. She is an IHRP Master Professional and a SkillsFuture Fellow, and has sat on numerous councils providing advisory on learning and workforce transformation. She is also a coach and mentor to many young professionals.

Guan Chong is Associate Professor and Director at SUSS Academy, Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), Singapore. Her research interests lie in the area of machine learning in business applications. Her publications appear in leading journals such as Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Electronic Commerce Research, Electronic Markets, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Journal of Business Research and Telecommunications Policy. She is an editorial board member of Internet Research. She has consulted business practices and conducted corporate training on analytics, AI in marketing and other emerging areas. She served as a member of Task Force 6 for Economy, Employment, and Education in the Digital Age at Think20 (T20) in 2020. She is the Chairperson for ACE PSEI Sub-Committee. Chong completed her Ph.D in Marketing at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, and her undergraduate studies in Marketing at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, China.

Dr. Ho Shen Yong is the Executive Director of the Institute for Pedagogical Innovation, Research, and Excellence (InsPIRE) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He led faculty preparations for the impact of AI on teaching and learning. Dr. Ho joined Nanyang Technological University in 2011 as a Physics lecturer, having previously taught at Hwa Chong Junior College (1998–2003). He completed his PhD at University of Toronto in 2009 and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign and NUS. Passionate about education, he has developed activities to enhance students’ thinking skills and bridge theories with real-world applications. In 2014, he helped launch the “Making and Tinkering” course where students can design and build any prototypes. Dr. Ho has received many teaching awards, including the Nanyang Education Award (Gold) in 2018. He became Principal Lecturer that year and has been Provost’s Chair in Physics since 2019.

Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC) Daniel Seet took over as Deputy Commissioner of the Future Technology & Public Safety (FTPS) cluster in SCDF on 1 May 2024. He currently oversees the transformation and capability development to prepare the SCDF for future challenges. This involves the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that will become critical in future operations, as well as driving the efforts to digitalise the organisation. Prior to that, Daniel was DC of the Operations & Resilience (O&R) cluster. Other command and staff posts that he had held across his 26 years of service with the SCDF include stints as Head of Operations for 4th SCDF Division, Commander of 1st SCDF Division, Director of the Crisis Preparedness Directorate under the Ministry of Home Affairs, and Director of SCDF’s Operations Department. He joined SCDF as a National Service (Full-time) in 1998 before becoming a regular in early 2001.

Yethoven Tukimin is a pioneering force in AI-powered immersive spatial computing, driving industry-wide adoption of XR technologies throughout the Asia Pacific region at Meta Reality Labs. With over 20 years of experience in emerging technologies, he has been instrumental in advancing AI-driven XR headset capabilities over the past few years and accelerating the creation of spatial content through AI-enhanced workflows. His work concentrates on scaling intelligent immersive experiences, leveraging AI to optimise spatial computing interactions, and shaping the future of adaptive and responsive metaverse ecosystems for enterprises.

Karin Avnit is an Associate Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). She is a faculty member in the Infocomm Technology cluster and the Deputy Director (EdTech) in the SIT Teaching and Learning Academy (STLA), where she works with a team of Educational Developers, Educational Technologists and Software Developers to support and develop educators in the adoption of technologies for teaching and learning. Karin advises the university on the framework, policies and practices related to the use of generative artificial intelligence in the university. She is the recipient of SIT’s Teaching Excellence Award (2015, 2017, 2019) and a member of the Teaching Excellence Award Honour Roll (2018, 2020)

With nearly 30 years of experience in human resources, Jaclyn Lee is a seasoned HR leader known for driving strategic transformation at local, regional, and national levels. As Chief Human Resources Officer at Certis Group, she oversees HR strategy for 30,000 employees across five regions, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and future-ready workforce. She also leads the Certis Corporate University (CCU), the first corporate university in the security industry, training 10,000 employees annually and spearheading AI-driven upskilling. Previously, as CHRO at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), she played a pivotal role in establishing the university’s talent strategy, HR frameworks, and international research institutes in collaboration with MIT. Her efforts in recruiting top global academics contributed to SUTD’s strong research reputation. In recognition of her contributions to education, she was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2018.

Frederick has been a researcher at many different institutions including the National Institute of Education, the Singapore Exams and Assessment Board and the Institute for Adult Learning. In his latest role as a researcher at the Centre for Workplace and Learning Innovation, he has done research on the challenges of innovating in training organisations and adopting educational technology in the workplace and can provide insight into how training organisations can continuously innovate to meet the ever-changing needs of their learners, especially in the adult education sector in Singapore.

Delphine Loo is an Exco member of the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) and holds the designation of Chief Legal Officer as well as Senior Director of Learning and Professional Development. She is also the Data Protection Officer for SAL Group of companies. Delphine graduated from the University of Cambridge with a B.A. in Law (First Class Honours) in 2001 and the National University of Singapore with a Graduate Diploma in Singapore Law (High Distinction) in 2002. She worked as a Justices’ Law Clerk for former Chief Justice Yong Pung How from 2002 to 2003 before getting called to the Singapore Bar and moving on to serve her scholarship bond with SembCorp Industries. She later worked at various international law firms and in-house legal teams before joining the Law Society of Singapore and was its Chief Executive Officer for nearly 6 years. She joined SAL in 2022. In October 2024, she gained her qualifications in adult education from the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL).

11 years in private legal practice, growing from pupil to branch managing partner before retiring to pursue a 2nd career in education and educational development. Multiple teaching award recipient, at School and Polytechnic levels. Multiple staff excellence awards too. Technology-in-Pedagogy experimenter. I initially taught, but now spend most of my time working with colleagues to improve teaching and learning across the Polytechnics and ITE sector. Goal: to give students (and colleagues) That Something Extra, and have fun while doing it.

Steven is an award-winning Senior Lecturer in Law with the School of Business and Accountancy (BA) of Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He is currently the Programme Lead for the Business Studies (Entrepreneurship Management Option) course. He previously held the appointment of the Course Chair (Joint Programmes) for over 10 years and oversaw the Common Business Programme and the Joint Programmes offered by BA and other schools.
He is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Prior to joining the academia in 1997, Steven was in legal practice for 10 years as a partner in a law firm specialising in conveyancing, property and commercial law and a legal officer in a statutory board. As BA’s Industry Lead for Law, Steven has been actively developing and customising training for the public and private sectors for more than two decades.

I am an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and have practised at the law firm of Cooma, Lau & Loh & M Karthigesu (corporate law, intellectual property law, litigation, etc).
I am currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business & Accountancy, Ngee Ann Polytechnic. I have obtained the Degree of Bachelor of Laws, Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from the National University of Singapore, and also the Degree of Master of Laws from the National University of Singapore.
I was the Module Group Leader of the Law Team at the School of Business & Accountancy for a great number of years.
The modules which I had taught at the School of Business & Accountancy include Business Law, Company Law & Secretarial Practice, Tourism Law and Law and Governance & at the School of Interdisciplinary Studies: Entrepreneur & the Law. Emerging legal trends that interest me are e-commerce, data protection, artificial intelligence and sustainability. I am currently the Module Leader for Law & Governance at the School of Business & Accountancy.

Dr. Sng Hock Lin is the Chief of Silver Generation Office, the outreach arm of the Agency for Integrated Care in Singapore. A leading advocate for active living and successful ageing, Hock Lin holds a PhD in Gerontology, SUSS and is an Alice Lim Memorial Fund Scholar. He also has a Master’s in Gerontology from SUSS for which he was presented with Alice Lim Gold Award", a Master’s in Transport System Management, NUS and a Master’s in Training and Development, Australia's Griffith University. Hock Lin is also driving volunteerism as a national cause to empower seniors to take charge of their own well-being, inspiring community care efforts across the country to ensure our seniors live well and age gracefully.

Dr. Albert Liau is currently with the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an autonomous institution of Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). As Head Analyst at the Office for Skills-First Practices (OSP), he leads various analytic projects including the development of jobs-skills dashboards and the identification of best practices for analysing jobs and skills. Major goals of OSP are to develop cutting-edge analytical methodologies related to jobs-skills insights and to build ecosystem capabilities in adopting skills-first practices. Formerly, Albert was Associate Professor at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and at the College of Education, University of Otago, New Zealand. Besides jobs-skills analytics, his research interests include promoting well-being and healthy use of digital technology. He has a PhD in Developmental Psychology from the Ohio State University, USA.

Ms. Cassandra Wong is currently a Jobs-Skills Analyst at SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) in the Jobs-Skills Insights Division.
Through data-driven research and deep stakeholder engagement, she helps individuals, enterprises, and training providers understand the evolving workforce trends. Her work focuses on translating job-skills insights into actionable strategies for the stakeholders. Some of her areas of jobs-skills research and analysis include the Creative sectors, career transition pathways, and the skill clusters of job roles.
Before SSG, Cassandra worked on research projects at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and SingHealth focusing on physical and mental wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science from NUS, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Public Health.

Dr. Ben Leong is an Associate Professor at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore (NUS). He obtained his S.B., M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. For most of his career, he has been teaching programming methodology, AI and advanced software engineering to undergraduate students. Over the years, he was recognized for excellent teaching with a number of teaching awards including the NUS Outstanding Educator Award in 2015.
From July 2014 to June 2019, Dr Leong served as the Director, Experimental Systems and Technology Laboratory at the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE), where set up an internal software engineering team for MOE and oversaw the development and deployment of the MOE Student Learning Space (SLS). From 2021 to 2024, he was Director of the Centre for Computing for Social Good & Philanthropy (CCSGP) at NUS. Currently, he is Chief Data Officer of AISingapore, Singapore's National AI programme and Director of the AI Centre for Educational Technologies (AICET).

Kai Xin works at the intersection of data and product innovation, with over a decade of experience driving innovation and delivering impactful AI solutions. As Head of AI & Data Analytics at Group Technology Office, ST Engineering, Kai Xin leads a lab in applied R&D for Multi-Agent AI, Robotics, Urban Computing, and AI Solutions. Throughout his career, he has also spearheaded AI innovations across finance (London Stock Exchange, DBS), media (Tech in Asia), eCommerce (Lazada-Alibaba), and healthcare (Khoo Teck Puat Hospital). He holds an MSc in Computer Science from Georgia Tech.
